Arrow: The number inside the circle equals the sum of the numbers the arrow passes through;
Letters: Each identical letter represents the same number, and B+E is less than 11;
Lösungscode: Please provide the ninth column without any spaces

Though this puzzle might be artfully crafted, it is NO FUN to solve. The first characters are quite obvious, leaving few options for the rest, which result in 12 combinations. Each of those is only solvable with one or more what-ifs.
