This puzzle was set for the first round of Agent's Puzzle Agency Championship. The prompt for this round was to create a Knapp Daneben puzzle.
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Knapp-Daneben X-Sums: A clue outside the grid is either 1 more or 1 less than the sum of the first X+/-1 cells along its row or column starting at the position of the clue, where X is the closest digit to the clue. (For example, a 10 clue might be satisfied by 3 8, as the first 3-1 digits sum to 10+1.)
