I tried to find a name of a German mountain range for this puzzle, but in the end, I thought of something closer to home.

Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- German Whispers - neighboring digits along a green German Whisper line must differ in value by at least 5.
- Ratio Kropki - digits separated by a black Kropki dot must have a value ratio of 2:1. No negative constraint.
- XV sums - digits separated by X sum to 10; digits separated by V sum to 5. No negative constraint.
