Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
In addition to the normal regions:
(1) every 3x3 box between rows 2 and 8 (inclusive) that doesn't include R5C4 and R5C6 is also a region containing the numbers 1-9
(2) each type of clue is a region containing the numbers 1-9 (i.e. the Dutch Whispers line is one region and the two thermometers combine to form another region

Lovely flow and solution. The pallet of greys makes reading the pencil markings somewhat challenging.
