EmoCosine - Cutter

Rules:

• Normal sudoku rules apply.
• Numbers on a thermometer(gray line) strictly increase as they move away from the bulb.
• Digits in killer cages must sum to 25 and CAN repeat.
• Every renban line(purple line) contains a set of consecutive digits in any order, without repeats.
• Two cells connected by a German whisper line(green line) must have a difference of at least 5.
• For each region sum line(blue line), digits on the line have an equal sum within each box it passes through.
• If a line passes through the midpoint of the boundary between two orthogonally adjacent cells, and the digits in those two cells have a 1:2 ratio, then the line will be cut off at that boundary into two saparated lines.
• Thermometers' direction remains unchanged before and after cutting.
• Killer cages can also be cut in the manner described above.
• If no line or cage passes through the midpoint of the boundary between two orthogonally adjacent cells, then the digits in those two cells CANNOT have a 1:2 ratio.
