SET 101: palindromes and arrows

Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.
The sum of the digits along an arrow is equal to the digit in the connected circle.
Gray lines are palindromes, which contain the same sequence of digits in either direction.

Nice break-in. If you dont know how to break in it is probably quite hard (but the title gives it away :)). Apart from that nice and smooth.
