Rules:
Normal 9x9 sudoku rules : place the digits 1 to 9 exactly once in every row, column and 3x3 box.
Little Killer: Numbers outside the grid are the sum of the digits pointed to along the indicated diagonal. Digits are allowed to repeat along those diagonals as normally allowed by the other rules.
Difference: Digits separated by a white dot have a difference of exactly 3.

19:24 for this one today. I was fortunate to spot some things quickly. I expect, on a normal day, this would take 28-30 min. I do believe 3* makes the most sense.

Same feedback from my side - 3*. The puzzle is quite entertaining and engaging, I liked it a lot, but the solution is pretty much straightforward for experienced solver.
Interesting thing is that due to it is totally symmetric, one could cheat by excluding options that break symmetry (otherwise there would be two valid solutions). E.g., at some moment I had a choice for r5c8 between 5 and other digit. If you’d like to cheat, you could immediately say it is not 5 because due to symmetry r5c2 should have been 5 as well, which is not allowed. :)

Nice first puzzle! Loved the symmetry. Took me forever to decide which direction I was going to color it (high med low) or (147, 258, 369). Not sure if I chose wisely. Lol. Thanks for setting and sharing with us!
