Standard killer cages rules apply. (In dotted regions, digits don't repeat and sum to the indicated total - in this puzzle, always 10.)
An X between two digits indicates they sum to 10.

Cool puzzle. Found it more approachable than a typical 4*. I would place it at 3*.

I'm not surprised by your comment on the difficulty because I saw the first solve in less than 17 min. And not being that good as a solver give me a tendancy to overestimate the difficulty.
