Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Cells a king’s move apart (in chess) cannot contain the same digit.
Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the attached circle.
Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.

That is a nice puzzle with a very nice break-in. I have experimented with similar ideas but never managed to make it work as well as you did here. Well done!
