Note:
Digits in the diamonds can not appear on the Locked-Out lines. This isn't explicitly stated in the rules in the puzzle link
Rules:
Regular sudoku rules:
Place the digits 1-9 in every row, column, and box
Between Lines:
Digits on a thin grey line must be between the digits in the circles.
Locked-Out Lines:
Digits on a thick blue line must NOT be between the digits in the diamonds. Additionally, the digits in the diamond does not appear in the attached locked out line. Digits in the diamonds must differ by at least 4.
Disjointed Groups:
Cells with the same position in the boxes contains number from 1 to 9 i.e no number can repeat in the same position in the boxes.
White Kropki Dots:
White Dots sitting between two digits indicate that the two digits are consecutive.
Black Kropki Dots:
Black dots separate pairs of digits that have a ratio of 2:1.
Not all dots are given
Alternative versions:
There is a slightly harder version of the same puzzle here.
There is a much easier version of a similar puzzle (basically my first draft) here. The placement of digits in this version is not the same as the other ones.

Tougher than 2 stars for me, I’ve gotten thoroughly stuck. Really really like the idea though! The narrowing down of the centre cells was a fun bit of logic
