Standard sudoku: in each row, column, and 3x3 region, each digit 1-9 appears exactly once.
Whisper Circles: Each circle is surrounded by a perimeter of its orthogonally adjacent cells. In this perimeter, cells that touch diagonally must have a difference of at least the number in the circle.
Solution code: Row 7, Left to Right.
