This Puzzle has 18 different types of clues, each with its most common 'standard' rules.
In reading Order they are:
Diagonal: digits may not repeat on the blue diapagonal;
Killer Cage: digits in the cage sum to the given total;
Lockout Line: the two digits in diamonds must differ by at least four, and the digit between them must either be greater than both or less than both;
Minimum: the digit in this cell has a lower value than surrounding digits;
Even Line: along the red line in r1 digits alternate between even and odd;
Entropic Line: the peach line in c4 must contain one each from [123] [456] [789];
German Whisper: along the green line in c5, digits must differ by at least 5;
Modular line: the teal line in c6 must contain one each from [147] [258] [369];
Thermometer: digits along the grey line strictly increase from bulb to tip;
Maximum: the digit in this cell has a higher value than surrounding digits;
White Kropki: digits separated by a white dot are adjacent;
V: digits separated by a V sum to 5;
Arrow: the circled digit is the sum of the digits on its arrow;
X: digits separated by an X sum to 10;
Black Kropki: digits separated by a black dot are in a 2:1 ratio;
Even: the digit on the gray square is even;
Odd: the digit on the gray circle is odd;
Renban: along the pink line in r6 contains an unordered set of consecutive digits.

By the way, the rules don't include the minimum/maximum boxes (r1c3, r3c3).
