Alle schwarzen Punkte sind gegeben.
Weißer Kropki – Ziffern zwischen einem weißen Punkt sind aufeinanderfolgend.
Nicht alle weißen Punkte sind gegeben.

Nice puzzle but I suggest removing the negative constraint "all black dots are given", not because it is redundant, but because it seems it adds nothing to the puzzle from a solver's viewpoint. The stipulation will be more elegant, more attractive (and more economical).
