Little Circle Killer

This is another puzzle that has been sitting in my drawer for a while. Yesterday I made some improvements, and I think it's ready to be published.
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- A digit in a circle indicates exactly how many circles contain that digit. For example, if there is a 5 in any circle, then exactly 5 circles contain a 5.
- Digits along marked diagonals sum to the number indicated by the circle outside the grid.
- Digits connected by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are given.
NOTE: When checking the solution, do not enter any digits outside the 9x9 grid and the circles.

Fun puzzle! Beware future solvers who rely on the conflict checker like me -- it's not highlighting conflicts! My scanning messed me up multiple times. Oops!
