8x8 Sudoku rules DO NOT apply. Place the digits 1-8, once each, into every 4x2 box. Digits can repeat horizontally and vertically, but not diagonally. (Anti-Bishop constraint.)
Inside killer cages, which may be linked diagonally in this puzzle, digits cannot repeat, and sum to the total given in the corner.
A white circle in a corner means that both pairs of diagonally opposite digits are consecutive numbers.
A black circle in a corner means that both pairs of diagonally opposite digits are 2:1 ratio.
All digits inside a diamond have the same Odd/Even parity as each other.
Clues outside the grid are skyscrapers in the direction of the arrow. Starting from the clue, each digit represents a skyscraper, and the clue represents how many skyscrapers can be seen. A skyscraper counts towards the clue if and only if it is larger than preceding skyscraper values.

Weird and wonderful. Scanning was tough, trying not to make inappropriate deletions, but some lovely logic.

Great puzzle!
Lot of neat logic, especially in the opening steps.
Scanning is a little awkwark, but not too bad.
