Normal sudoku rules apply.
Blue lines are region sum lines. Sections divided by box borders on each blue line sum to the same unique prime number(EX: if one of the lines segment sums to 5, no other line can have segments summing to 5).
White circles with a number in them is a quadruple clue. The number in circle needs to appear in one of the cells it touches.
List of possible prime numbers for your convenience:
2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, 29, 31, 37, 41, 43
