NOTE:

This is a slight variation to a puzzle I posted yesterday, A Hint of Peach. When creating that puzzle I was bothered by my inability to not have a given digit. Having stepped away from it and coming back, I realized how I could accomplish the goal of removing that clue without giving too much of the game away. The addition of the teal line not only removes the need for the given digit, but also the need for the peach line. I think the teal line I added does a much better job tying the first half of this puzzle to the second half.

If posting this update goes against etiquette then I apologize. In the future if I am not 100% satisfied with a puzzle I will step away from it for a few days and see if I can't spark ideas to solve it.

If you completed "A Hint of Peach" you might not get much out of this puzzle. Still, if you want to see how this affects the deduction of the puzzle, feel free to run through this variation.

Additionally, someone remarked that my previous version should have been three stars instead of two, so I'm setting this to three. Being new to this, it's hard to gauge how hard my puzzles are.

Rules:

Regular sudoku rules apply: place the digits 1-9 in every row, column, and box

Killer cages: Digits in cages sum to the number in the upper left corner of the cage and cannot repeat

Arrows: Digits on an arrow sum to the number in the circle attached to the arrow

Modular lines: Any set of three consecutive digits along the teal line must contain a digit from each of the following sets - [1,4,7], [2,5,8] and [3,6,9]

White Kropki dots: White dots placed between two digits indicate the difference between the digits is one

Black Kropki Dots: Black dots placed between two digits indicate the digits have a ratio of 2:1

Not all dots are placed

V Sums: Digits separated by a V sum to 5. All V clues are given.

Solution code: Last column, read top to bottom
