Normal Sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 1 to 9 in each row, column, and 3×3 box.
German Whispers: Adjacent digits along a green line must differ by at least 5. Digits may repeat if allowed by other rules.
Killer Cages: Digits in a dotted cage must sum to the number in the top-left corner. Digits may not repeat within a cage.
Invisible Renban: Each column must contain at least one group of 5 vertically adjacent cells that form a set of five consecutive digits in any order. These groups are not marked in the grid.

Thank you, I agree. There is definitely a large coloring aspect bc I like coloring puzzles haha. 2-3 Star difficulty makes sense.

I think this was not as hard as others make out. I liked it. It was a high/low colouring puzzle. There are some key logic of len5 renbans to know they all must have a 5 this makes the 4 and 6 important. ALl column renbans must involve the center square (must admit this took me longer than it should) and lastly two adjacent digits in a German whisper cannot be on a 5 renbans. Those three things and the colouring made his easy for me. 2* if you can get them, maybe 3 if those are not obvious to others. (Usually I wouldn't put spoilers in comment but think others are selling this puzzle short.)
