Sudoku: Fill every row, column and marked 3x3 box with the digits 1-9.
Arrow: Digits on an arrow have to sum to the digit in the corresponding circle and may repeat if allowed by other rules.
Thermometer: Digits along a thermometer have to strictly increase from the bulb to the tip.
Entropy: Each 2x2 box in the grid has to contain a low digit (1, 2, 3), a middle digit (4, 5, 6) and a high digit (7, 8, 9).

If you're new to entropy you're going to find this quite a challenge but if you're experienced, it's rather approachable and opens beautifully. There's a lot of fun interactions happening here. Great puzzle.
