Rules:

  • Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 through 9 in each empty cell. Digits must not repeat within the same row, column, or box.
  • Numbered rooms: A clue outside the grid indicates the digit which has to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction. Numbers can freely repeat outside the 9*9 sudoku.
  • Palindrome: Digits along the line read the same forwards or backwards.

The center of the looong palindrome is R5C6. (highlight to see)

Very impressive construction. Hardest thing I found was finding a notation method to keep track of everything. I found the letter tool and colours very useful. Once you find a suitable notation the logic isn't THAT hard..
