Cells that are diagonally adjacent may not contain the same digit.
Cells that are adjacent orthogonally or along a negative diagonal may not differ by a multiple of three, e.g. the cells orthogonally adjacent to a 5 cannot contain 2 or 8, nor can those adjacent to the southeast or northwest.
Cells along an arrow sum to the number by the arrow.

Very satisfying. Had to go back to the first puzzle to understand the trick. Again I think a ruleset using "modular" would help intermediate solvers like myself understand more easily.
