Rules:
German whisper: adjacent digits on green line differ by 5 or more
Parity line: adjacent digits on red line alternate parity(even-odd)
Dutch whisper: adjacent digits on orange line differ by 4 or more
Killer cage: Digits in the cage sum to the total in the top left corner.
Black kropki: one digit is double the other.
White kropki: digits separated by white dot differ by one.
Digits exclusion: 2 digits (TBD by solver) do NOT appear on any given line, cage, or kropki dot

Really loved this! It was rougher for me than I expected but it was a really satisfying solve for me :)
