Blue-blooded Mewtations

Lab Log: Mew attempted to neutralize a killer cell spill with aqua regia.
Result: strand mutation into unstable blue regions; killer cell remnants persist. Further cleanup required.
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Blue region sum lines: Box borders divide each blue line into segments with the same sum.
- Anti King: cells separated by a king's move in chess cannot contain the same digit.
- Killer Cages: Digits in killer cages are non repeating, and sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage. Additionally, each orthogonally adjacent pair of digits in killer cage must sum to either 5 or 12.

Thought I must be missing something, and I was. The last constraint with 5's and 12's. Oops. Also, I'm not sure you need the sum line at the top left. Feels like I solved around it. Anyway, good puzzle!
