Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Anti-king: Cells that are diagonally adjacent may not contain the same digit.

Cells that are adjacent orthogonally or along a negative diagonal may not differ by a multiple of three.

Thanks to RockyRoer for linking me to sudoku maker! It was a little tricky getting the no-diffs-by-mult-of-3 thing to work since I don't know javascript, but I was able to find a tutorial that got me through.

edit: I re-read the rules... Modularity language might have been easier for me to grasp.

Two clarifying questions:

Is the rule saying that digits cannot be multiples of 3 of each other within the restricted cells? E.g. 1:3:9. Or is it saying that their difference (subtraction) cannot be a multiple of three? E.g. 1:4:7.

And is the multiple-of-three rule restricting cells that are adjacent [orthogonally or along a negative diagonal] or is it restricting cells that are [adjacent orthogonally] or (that are) [along a negative diagonal]?

EDIT: Approached it based on the above person mentioning it's meant to be a modulo-3 restriction, and it's very easy once that's clear.
