Zipper Circles

This is my first attempt at making a custom variant so please feel free to leave any and all comments, questions and feedback below.
Rules:
Normal Sudoku Rules Apply: Place the digits 1-9 in every row, column and box once each.
Arrows: Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow’s circle.
Zipper Circles: Purple circles are Zipper Circles. Digits opposite each other on a circle must sum to the digit in the center of that circle, marked with a purple dot. As an example, r3c7 and r9c5 are opposites on their circle and must sum to the digit in the center.
Solution code: Column 8 top to bottom

That‘s a nice looking variant, but quite a tricky break in (unless I‘ve missed a step). Thanks for sharing.
