Having a cube at hand is a big help, or at the very least coloring a pattern. :)
Actually having to solve the cube (or evaluating parity in an other way) was beyond what I expected the puzzle to go, so I was glad for the late hint. That also makes the puzzle solvable for someone who would only have a "mechanical" understanding of the rubik's cube.
Very fun concept and enjoyable solve!

Spent 5 hours on it. It was very nice, worth trying. I stuck on the last 34 pair, peered into the walkthrough and realized that I would never solve it by myself. Overall, very good idea

This was a proper challenge to test, send a prayer for everyone who attempted the original cube in hand proving why the cube was solvable :p. Nevertheless this is an amazing puzzle which had me thinking every step of the way. Best to solve this cube in hand, trust me. (Tip: this is very much a colouring puzzle ;) )

Thank you again very much for your testing and feedback! Very happy you enjoyed!

Added optional info below the grid if solver does not wish to utilize parity (proving the cube is solvable)
