The thistles are thick this year, watch out that you don't poke yourself!
----
Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Global Entropy - every 2 x 2 box of cells in the grid must have at least one low digit (1, 2, or 3), one middle digit (4, 5, or 6), and one high digit (7, 8, or 9).
- Region Sum Lines - blue Region Sum Lines are divided into segments of equal sums by a region border. Different RSLs can have different values.
- German Whispers - neighboring digits on a green German Whisper line must differ in value by at least 5.
- Ratio Kropki dots - digits separated by a black Kropki dot have a ratio of 2:1. No negative constraint.
- X pairs - digits separated by X sum to 10. No negative constraint.
- Modular lines - each set of 3 digits along a teal modular line has a digit from the following sets: (1, 4, or 7), (2, 5, or 8), and (3, 6 or 9).
----
Accessibility notes:
- The one modular line in the puzzle is the straight line between R6C5 and R9C5. The one GW line includes cells 4, 6, and 8 of Box 2, and cells 2, 4, 6 and 8 of box 5. All other lines are RSLs.

Beautiful setting for a nice and easy GE-puzzle! Thank you very much for creating and sharing.

Really enjoyed this one. Took me much longer than usual for a 2* (27 min) because I always am slow with the global entropy ones for some reason! Excellent piece of setting. THank you!

Elegant simplicity in the design and a very smooth solve path. More so than expected from the slender cluing, but of course global entropy does a lot of heavy lifting once the thistle is dealt with.
>>>NSM here - thank you for the solve! I've found that using global entropy (or modularity) feels like having a nice finishing sauce on a meal - it pulls it all together.
