Wow! What a nice rule this is and what a clever setting this puzzle has! I enjoyed every single step of unravling this beauty. It is really a pity that no more people have solved it and that it has a relative low beauty rating.

Excellent puzzle, very cleverly designed!
I do think the vertical 9 clue is needed. Or at least, it's very helpful in resolving a couple sandwich options, so it's good to have it

I found this quite hard (4*) but very worthwhile. The ending in particular was a joy to uncover. For the future, I would find it helpful if I could highlight the clues so I could black out clues I’ve completed to help with scanning. This might just be because I tend to do puzzles in fits and starts but I doubt I’m alone in that :)

These doll sums give a nice twist on sandwich sudoku. (I think Elliot810 is right.) Thank you very much for creating and sharing this lovely puzzle.

Very nice. Interestingly, I did use the vertical 9 clue, albeit in a slightly limited way.

Clear and clean logic using an underused ruleset. Lovely puzzle.

It's very neat how so few clues of only one type can feel so perfectly balanced and interesting. Thanks for the puzzle!
