Logic Masters Deutschland e.V.

This is my response to Scojo's setting prompt last week, as redeemed by LMDemasi, which asked for a loop-building or path-building puzzle. It was apparently inspired by my on-stream antics chasing flies around my room, which has provided plenty of distraction potential, so I thought I'd take inspiration from the primary form of distractions on Scojo's stream instead: the phone call.

Normal sudoku rules apply within the main 9x9 grid.

RINGS:
• Draw two loops in the 9x9 grid;
• A loop travels orthogonally and does not branch, or overlap or cross itself;
• The two loops may share a cell if and only if they travel across each other in straight segments, creating a "+" shape;
• One loop is a German Whisper, i.e. adjacent digits on the loop must differ by at least 5;
• One loop is a Run-On-Nabner, i.e. no two digits on a straight segment of the loop may be consecutive.

U-BAHN:
• A value outside the grid indicates how many times the corresponding line shape (i.e. an empty cell, cross, straight line, or turn) appears in the corresponding row or column, irrespective of the line shape's rotation.

LOCAL CONSTRAINTS:
• Values on a grey thermometer strictly increase from the bulb end;
• Values separated by a white dot are consecutive;
• Values separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio;
• Values separated by a V sum to 5.
