Rules:
Chaos Construction: Divide the grid into regions, each consisting of nine orthogonally connected cells. Each row, column and region must contain the digits 1 to 9 once each.
Anti-triominos: A region is not valid if it can be divided into three separate triominos (polygons made of three squares connected orthogonally edge-to-edge).
Compass: Each region contains a single compass. A compass is a circle in a cell.
An arrow attached to a compass divides the grid into two sides, delimited by the column or row border between them. A digit placed on an arrow counts the number of cells that belong to the compass region in the side of the grid that contains the arrow.
e.g.: if r4c3 is a 1, the region of the compass in r4c4 has only 1 cell somewhere in columns 1-3.
e.g.: the arrow in r3c2 counts the number of digits of the region of the compass in r2c2 that are in the rows 3-9 (i.e. in row 3 or below).
Cave compass: Each compass is also a cave clue. It represents the total number of cells that can be seen in its region in a straight line vertically and horizontally, including itself. Other regions block vision.
Some clarifications about the rules.
In the example below are shown to different regions. The blue region at the left is not a valid region for this puzzle because it can be divided into three separate triominos. The pink region at the right, instead, is a valid region because it can't be divided into three separate triominos.
In the example below you can see a valid region for the green compass. In this example, the green region has exactly 6 cells at the right of the compass (i.e. between columns 5-9) e 1 cell at the left of the compass, as requested by the clues pointed by the arrows. The compass cell is a 4 because it sees 4 cells inside its region vertically and horizontally.
Lösungscode: Column 3, top to bottom, with a dash every time a border region is crossed (example: 123-45-6-789).

Fantastic puzzle! Super challenging but definitely worth it, one of those puzzles that has you wondering how on earth it was set!
