Dutch Flat Mates (Dorminoes)

I am very excited to present my second contribution to the ongoing Dutch Flat Mate series, a weekly project started by Flinty on 18 Oct 23. You can check out the previous entries via this spreadsheet or this LMD search.

Note: the solution check includes outside clues in the XV/Kropki cells.

Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Dutch Flats: within the main 9x9 grid, every 5 must have a 1 directly above it or a 9 directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
- Numbered Rooms: clues outside the grid indicate the digit which has to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction.
- Kropki: digits separated by a white dot must be consecutive. Digits separated by a black dot must have a ratio of 1:2. Not all possible dots are given.
- XV: digits separated by a V must sum to 5. Digits separated by an X must sum to 10. Not all possible X's and V's are given.
