Everyone must index someone by Burak Alver.
Rules:
Sudoku: Normal sudoku rules apply, i.e., each row, column, and 3x3 box must contain digits 1-9 once each.
Column indexers: A cell marked in red in column X indicates the column where the digit X appears in that row.
Killer cages: Digits in cages must sum to the number in the top-left corner.
Kropki dots: Digits separated by white dots are consecutive. Not all dots are given.
Solution code: Digits in row 6, from left to right.
