Normal Sudoku rules apply. ANTI-KING- Cells a chess king's move apart cannot have the same number. ARROWS- Numbers on arrows sum to the number in the arrow's circle. DUTCH WHISPERS- Numbers on red lines are at least 4 apart from their neighbors on the line. KROPKI PAIRS- Numbers with a white dot between them are consecutive. Numbers with a black dot between them are in a ratio of 2:1. Not all possible dots are given.

What's with this recent trend of making Dutch whispers salmon color instead of orange?

@JVA I Have been using German Whispers since 2021 in my puzzles. Because there has been a set standard, I almost always use green. RENBAN Lines have seemed to settle in on purple. However, Dutch Whispers is still not even formally recognized by LMD, since there is no variant selection for it. As the primary user of this unofficial variant, I began consistently using red in March, 2023. You are the first to mention any other color. Peace to you. -Will Power
