Normal Sudoku Rules Apply:
Place the digits 1-9 once in every row, column and marked 3x3 box
Cages:
Digits in cages sum to the total written in the top left corner.
All cages in this puzzle sum to a total of 20.
Digits in cages MAY repeat if allowed by other rules.
Kropki dots:
Digits separated by a black dot must be in a 1:2 ratio ie one digit is double the other.
No negative constraint applies: Orthogonally adjacent digits in cells can be in a 1:2 ratio without having a black dot sitting between them
For example, if a black dot sits between two cells in which one contains a 4, the other cell must necessarily either contain a 2 (half of 4), or an 8 (double 4)
Counting Circles:
A digit in a circle indicates how many times that digit appears in circles
For example: a 5 in a circle means that throughout the whole 9x9 grid 5 5's appear in circles in total, a 6 in a circle means that 6 6's appear in circles in total etc.
V's:
Cells separated by a 'V' sum to 5 - hence the Roman numeral.
No negative constraint applies: Digits in cells which are orthogonally adjacent can sum to 5 without a 'V' sitting between them.
For example: if a V was sitting between two cells in which one contained a 3, the other must necessarily contain a 2 for the pair to sum to 5.
Good luck and enjoy!

Sudokupad causes problems with digits repeating in cages, removed one of the unnecessary cages from the puzzle.

The rule, that digits may repeat threw me off.
AlexRichards: Haha yes it is a little more unusual but as you would have discovered only ends up affecting two cages in which the digits inside the cage don't all share the same box, row or a column.

Great first puzzle, enjoyed it a lot.
Rules for international audience:
* Standard Sudoku rules apply
* Cells separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio
* Cages sum to the number in the upper left corner. Digits may repeat in a cage if allowed by Sudoku
* Cells separated by V sum to 5
* A digit in a circle indicates how many circles have this digit in the puzzle. i.e. a 5 in a circle means, that there are exactly 5 circles containing a five.
