Place the digits 0-6 once in every row, column, and seven-cell region. Only one marked region has seven orthoganally connected cells. The six remaining regions are split into two orthogonally connected groups of cells (a 2 cell group paired with 5 cell group etc).

Digits in a cage may repeat, and sum to 5.

X: Orthogonally adjacent pairs of cells that sum to 10 are marked with an X. Negative constraint: All X clues are given.

V: Orthogonally adjacent pairs of cells that sum to 5 are marked with a V, except for pairs of cells that live within the same cage. Negative constraint: All V clues (outside of cages or on cage boundaries) are given.
