BYO Heatseekers

This is my first(-and-a-half) attempt at a BYO-style puzzle. I hope you enjoy it! It was very fun to make, and it turned into something that I'm quite proud of. :)
This is an entry in the "Barbells" series. The other two "Barbells" puzzles can be seen here:

Nordy had brought it to my attention that my "barbells" constraint already existed, and is called "Heatseekers." Enjoy this (re-named) creation! Thank you to Nordy for testing and helping with the writing of the rules!
RULES:
Sudoku: Normal sudoku rules apply.
BYO Lines: Connect each pair of (same-colored/lettered) circles with lines traveling orthogonally or diagonally. Lines may not cross or share cells.
Constraints: Lines are simultaneously slow thermometers and arrows.
Slow Thermometer: Starting from one circle, digits may not decrease along a line.
Arrow: Digits along a line must sum to the digit in the other circle.
