Dutch Chaos Loop (CC)

For this week's setting challenge by lmdemasi about loops. I decided to add CC since I love that genre and haven't used it for a while. Thanks lmdemasi, MaizeGator, mellowrobinson and the CtC discord for testing. Estimated difficulty according to testers is 3-4 stars. Hope you enjoy!

Chaos Construction: Divide the grid into orthogonally connected regions such that each row, column and region contains the digits 1-9 once each.
Dutch Loop: Draw a loop of orthogonally connected cells. The loop can't touch itself, not even diagonally. Adjacent digits on the loop differ by 4 or more. Region borders divide the loop into connected segments.
Circled digits are on the loop and count the number of cells on their segments.

Example

A 5x5 example. The whispers only use difference 2 or more. It uses my recommended notation which is colors for regions and lines for borders/loop.

Brilliant puzzle! Tough but largely smooth with certain bumps on the way. It is an extremely enjoyable puzzle and very satisfying solve in the end.
