- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Chinese Whisper Loop: draw a one-cell-wide loop of orthogonally connected cells such that it visits every circle in the grid. The loop can't touch itself, not even diagonally. Adjacent digits on the loop must differ by at most 2.
- Sightline: a digit in a circle shows how many loop cells it sees in its row and column, including itself. Non-loop cells block the vision.
Solution code: Row 8 loop cells, left to right

Great puzzle! Surprisingly interesting throughout and with impressively few given clues. I've added Black_Doom to my list of setters to follow.
