Nonconsecutive Quadruples

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Each row, column and 3x3 box contains the digits 1 to 9.
Quadruples. Digits in circles must appear in the four surrounding cells.
Non-Consecutive. Orthogonally adjacent cells cannot be consecutive.

There has to be some logic I didn't find, I brute forced it from the 8s and 9s. Pretty idea though!
