how many entropea puzzles can they be?

I made this puzzle following Scojo's prompt to use Split Pea lines along with (some flavor of) global entropy. I got the idea for this particular twist on global entropy from a comment of Damo regarding said prompt.
-
Normal sudoku rules apply.
-
Split Pea Lines:
- The digits along a green line sum to a number obtained as a concatenation of the two digits in the circles attached to it, in at least one order.
- The sum doesn't include the circled digits.
- A line with a single circle on both ends has a value sum equal to the number obtained as the concatenation of two copies of the circled digit.
-
Global Equity: Determine a partition of the set of the digits 1 to 9 into three subsets with the same sum such that all 2x2 regions have at least one digit from each of those subsets.

That was great, gathering enough info to be able to specify the partitioning. Then smooth flow from there. Thanks!
