Mining For Diamonds

Chat, here's another puzzle with the pink diamonds. The rules are simple:
(A) Normal Sudoku rules apply
(B1) For every 2x2 quadrant covered by a pink diamond, the four digits (which may repeat if otherwise permitted) must sum to 20 or more.
(B2) The Negative Constraint is that quadrants without pink diamonds must sum to less than 20.
(C) Adjacent digits on green German Whisper lines must differ by at least 5.

I ended up with two independent combinations which were difficult to disambiguate. Neither affected the solution code.

i can confirm that the solution checker matches my (correct) solution, both at puzzle end, and on this page.
the previous puzzle of this type felt quite hard, but this one was quite easy, mortly because i now know the procedure:
1) put a colour splash in a fixed corner of every quad that matches the constraint.
2) now systematically scan ONLY those quads that are not YET satisfied.
[!CREATOR COMMENT!] I am happy you enjoyed it! Interestingly, I didn't use colors to solve it, but it's cool whenever people have different approaches.

I solved it. It said my solution was wrong. I can't find any mistakes after checking carefully manually. And my solution code works. Maybe check the online solution for a typo?
