The new rule here is that for every 2x2 quadrant overlapped by a pink diamond, the four digits (which may repeat) must sum to at least 20. The Negative Constraint is that every 2x2 quadrant without a pink diamond over it must sum to less than 20.
Normal Sudoku rules apply, and normal German Whisper rules apply (i.e. adjacent digits on a green line must differ by at least 5).

As a guiding HINT, if you are stuck midway through the puzzle, observe R9C6 in regards to Box 8.

no bifurcation is needed, and won't be useful anyway.
there is ALWAYS a pressure point (or a few), but they can be hard to find.
for efficient solution, put a colour splash in a designated corner of each quad that is satisfied.
