Hidden MEANing

Rules:
- Sudoku: Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Arrows: The digits along each arrow must sum to the digit in the circled cell.
- Average Arrows: The digit in the golden circle is the exact average of the digits along the golden line.
- Kropki Pairs: A black dot between cells indicates cell values with a 2:1 ratio. A white dot between cells indicates cells with consecutive values. Not all dots are shown.
- German Whisper Lines: Adjacent digits on each green German whisper line differ by at least 5.
- Ten Lines: Digits on gray lines form one or more contiguous, non-overlapping groups that each sum to 10.
- Constraint Regions: Each constraint type may contain no repeated digits anywhere in the puzzle. E.g. a digit on one German whisper line cannot appear on another.
- Lines and arrows do not branch or overlap with each other.
- Dynamic Fog: The grid is partially covered in fog. Placing a correct digit may clear fog elsewhere in the grid.
