Normal sudoku rules apply.
Cells connected by an X must sum to 10.
All X's are given.
Cell connected by an black dot must be in a 1:2 ratio (One double the other).
Cells with an grey circle must be Odd.
Cells with an grey square must be Even

No 2 by 2 set of cells can add up to an Even number.
for this rule only cells with an grey circle or square have there parity reversed. (i.e +1 to its value)

For me the first rules were enough, I didn't need the 2x2 ist not even rule.
