Normal sudoku rules apply.
Black Kropki pairs: Digits separated by a black dot have a 2 to 1 ratio. Not all dots are necessarily given.
Palindrome: The single gray line is a palindrome. It's digits read the same forwards and backwards.
Region Sum Lines: Blue lines in the grid are Region Sum Lines. Box borders divide each blue line into segments with the same sum. Different lines may have different sums.
Entropic Lines: The salmon colored lines in the grid are entropic lines. Any set of three sequential cells along an entropic line must contain a low digit (1-3), middle digit (4-6) and high digit (7-9). Digits may repeat on a line, if allowed by other rules.

Nice one, thanks. Usually with Zetamath puzzles I sense I'm following the intended logic, but with this one I wasn't so sure.

I was stuck for the longest time because I thought the sum of the four box 7 region sum cells had the same sum as the box 4 region sum cells but then I finally realised it was twice the sum. But a great puzzle after that with some tricky steps!
