you're welcome.
i have found that the absence of an interim solution check means i have to be VERY CAREFUL with willpower puzzles, otherwise i break them about half the time.
is that necessarily a bad thing?

If you complete the puzzle in SudokuPad, the completion message offers you the opportunity to "create new link with your solution".
Such as here: https://sudokupad.app/0tyrmfe05l
It might be time consuming embedding your solution this way, but the user friendliness of including a solution check, especially at the difficulty ratings you're typically pitching your puzzles at, would be a very welcome addition.
@Flinty When I have completed a puzzle in SudokuPad, I get a completion message that looks like the one I have added to the rules, for demonstration. I have followed all links to their end and none allow me to "create new link with your solution". Is it possible that since I do not own a license to SudokuPad, that I am not given that option? Peace to you. -Will Power
Flinty: I appreciate the effort in the reply. The image you've posted is the same end screen that I get IF I complete a puzzle that already has a solution. What end screen do you get if you complete the following (trivial) 'puzzle':

I can't imagine a license is the issue, unless somehow it is tied to regions. That feels far more complex than anything Sven would choose to add.
@Flinty You are correct that the statement appears above the time when there isn't a solution yet. When I click on the statement, it seems to create a new link to a puzzle that is already filled in. I tried, for several minutes to delete the filled in digits, but was unsuccessful. I will continue to try to brute force a solution code, but it isn't looking promising. I think my lack of a license disallows me from deleting numbers, once filled in. Obviously, I want to present the puzzle in LMD with no (or only the correct intended) numbers in it. I learned something today, though. Thanks. Peace to you. -Will Power
Flinty: The completed solution is only visible to you, as you have completed the puzzle, if you shared that new link it would not be there. You can prove this yourself by using a different browser / incognito mode on the new link. :)

Wow.
That was hard work for more than 45 minutes and then all of a sudden it was solved.
Maybe shouldn't have played it on a mobile phone: it hinders pencil marking.
Very nice though.

All, I have mentioned it before to others who request solution checking. I don't have the ability to do this. I create my puzzles on F-Puzzles and then, through a conversion process I was given, convert it into a SudokuPad version. That conversion process doesn't allow me to input solution checking. I don't subscribe to SudokuPad, So I can't get in to make modifications, either. Sorry if this is not to your liking, but I cannot add that service at this time. Peace to you. -Will Power

since it didn't have solution checking i almost gave up. got to what i thought was a solution but two cells on the DW didn't work. wasn't sure where i made my mistake so i started over. saved a screen shot of the wrong solution. I didn't have to start over but i couldn't tell that at the time. so it's a 2*. ;)
@SanFranSam Yes, this is definitely the antithesis of a speed run. Most digits need to be thought out, and some fought for. This is a departure from my normal puzzles, but I needed to break in this new rule. Peace to you. -Will Power
@SanFranSam See my comment to everyone about solution checking.

Excellent. Looks like an UFO flying at super speed and red shifting.
@Fisherman Thanks for playing and commenting. If a UFO is invisible, what color does it shift to? 8-) Peace to you. -Will Power

Challenging, and fun. Perfect.
@MarthaB Thank you so much. it took a while to do a puzzle with this new ruleset. You have seen several others by different setters with the same puzzle name, yes? Peace to you. -Will Power
