Normal sudoku rules apply.

Limitation Bonus Rule: Each clue type (1-9 below) only appears in one 3x3 box.

1. Digits in cages sum to the given number.

2. Digits in a quad circle appear in one of the four surrounding cells.

3.XV: Cells connected by an X sum to ten. Cells connected by a V sum to five.

4. Digits on a thermometer increase from the bulb to the tip.

5. A peach line contains one low, one medium, and one high digit (123, 456, 789).

6. A teal line contains one digit of each modular set (147, 258, 369).

7. Adjacent digits on a green German Whisper line have a difference of five or more.

8. White dots connect consecutive digits.

9. Digits on a purple Renban line form a set of consecutive digits in any order.

The grid is partially covered in fog. Placing correct digits may clear fog somewhere in the grid.

Very nice puzzle! The German whispers definitely provided the biggest challenge.

Fun puzzle! I love the idea of each box having its own little set of rules. I gave it two stars as I felt some of the german whisper logic to limit cells was tricky, but it's right on the edge. Loved it!

@garycblack

I appear to have too many candidates in Box 7 to ever imagine where the hidden teal line goes. Help!

--when you two modular lines, the three remaining cells also have one of each set. That's actually a shortcut if you need it.

I ended using the hidden line in box 7 to disambiguate box 9. Perhaps there was some other logic that makes it unnecessary, but I used it.

Very nice. Clues in box 7 is not necessary
