This is the 90th puzzle of the Dutch Flat Mates series, a weekly series since '18 Oct 23', originally initiated by Flinty.
Here is a spreadsheet link for all the previous puzzles in the series.
This puzzle draws inspiration from the delightful Might Even Ring a Bell puzzle by PhysicistFromFunen
Solve online: SudokuPad
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules: Place the digits 1 to 9 in each Row, Column, and 3X3 box.
Dutch Flats: Every 5 in the grid must have a '1' directly above it or a '9' directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
Hot/Cold Thermometers: Turquoise (orange) thermometers restrict only even (odd) digits. That is, on a turquoise thermometer, the even digits strictly increase from the bulb end, and likewise for odd digits on an orange thermometer. Digits of the unrestricted parity can go anywhere and in any order on a thermometer.
Thermometers are strictly dominated by digits of the restricted parity. E.g. a 6 cell orange thermometer must have at least 4 odd digits.
Lösungscode: Column 4 digits from top to bottom.

I am so thrilled to see how well the DMF rule combines with these thermos - that solve path is butter smooth with a lovely break in. Thank you so much for sharing and including these thermos in such a great series, it absolutely made my day!

It took some time, until I saw where you can immediately put in the first few digits. What a feeling! Thank you very much for creating and sharing this wonderful DFM-puzzle.

I found this one quite hard but probably I missed some easier steps. Very nice puzzle.
