Box borders divide each blue line into segments with the same sum.
Cells that appear in the same relative position in their 2x3 box must not contain the same digit [disjoint groups].

Ha! Not likely. Stats say I've solved just 4 5* puzzles (red ones) and 42 blue ones. A speed run there is probably 75 minutes lol. My advantage comes from how quickly I can move my mouse and type on the number pad. Useful for easy puzzles, not so much for 3*+.
