RULES
Chaos Construction Sudoku: Construct 9 contiguous and orthogonal regions such that every row, column and region contains the digits 1-9 once.
Sum/Product Lines: Lines are bisected by only one region border such that no digit repeats on the line, and the product of digits on one side of the border equal the sum of digits on the other side. The value of the sum/product, if given, is the number in the top left corner of a lines top leftmost cell.
Black Kropki: Cells separated by a black dot have values in a ratio of 1:2.
White Kropki: Cells separated by a white dot have values with a difference of one.
